Medieval Door I
Round medieval door journal!
A new, unique journal, inspired by the history of old doors and beautiful castles at the Sunset! A different concept, where everything is reused, even the stories it brings!
This a journal with a lot of history and all the material used in it is from reuse:
Pine Wood: from the structures of our previous sales stand. Coming from old shelves, this wood has been in Portugal, Spain, France and Italy with ExSapientia. .
Brass: scraps of brass from the ruins of an old kitchen at our farm, which witnessed many recipes in the oven where it belonged.
Paper: 100% recycled, 120 gms, with the quality you are used to, aged and waiting for your histories.
It has 160 pages (counting both sides). It feels great holding it!
The cover of this notebook is the replica of an ancient door. It measures 6.5 in inches x 3.7 inches (17 cm x 9,5 cm). Inside, you will find aged paper, where you can write or draw with a pen, fountain pens pencil or even watercolor.
To join the covers and the paper, we used the Coptic Stitch technique, an ancient technique used in binding, which allows the notebook to open completely without compromising the spine structure.
The paper has been torn and aged by hand to give it a very rustic look. It measures 5 inches x 3.5 inches (12.5 x 8.5 cm), therefore, it is perfect for you to always have it with you.
It is a piece of art that you can use to add medieval charm to any part of your home.
Everything was done by hand, with detail and wisdom, in the workshop of ExSapientia!
All notebooks in this collection are numbered inside the back cover.
