The value of the shipping costs is always borne by the buyer, and the value in question is charged at checkout. FOR ORDERS WITH A VALUE EQUAL OR MORE THAN 50 € (For Europe) AND OF EQUAL VALUE OR MORE THAN 80 € (for the rest of the world), EXSAPIENTIA OFFERS SHIPPING COSTS.
All products purchased at www.exsapientia.com are sent by registered mail, via CTT, and the customer is provided with the tracking code corresponding to their order.
The products are sent, after payment confirmation, within 1 to 7 working days, unless the extension of the shipping period is previously notified and agreed with the customer.
When you receive your order, you should check its status: if the item is damaged, you must return it (see Terms and Conditions).
If your product takes more than 7 working days to be shipped, without prior notice, you will be contacted by ExSapientia and you have the right to cancel your order, receiving a full refund of the amount paid.
ExSapientia is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company or customs or any other setbacks like Covid-19 delays.
ExSapientia declines any amount related to customs fees for shipping to countries outside the European Union.
In most countries in Europe, the tracking code of the order is constantly updated, however, there are countries that do not provide information on tracking codes automatically, such as the USA, Canada and Australia. In such cases, we recommend that the customer contact the postal services of his country, providing the tracking code, for more information.
